Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Billing: Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as specified at the time of purchase). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. We may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion for annual subscriptions canceled mid-term.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
For managed services and retainer engagements:
Our IP: All content on our websites, marketing materials, frameworks, methodologies (including the AI Agent Org Chart framework), software, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Full Stack Tactical. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us in the course of our services. By providing content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the custom deliverables created specifically for your organization (campaign content, website designs, email copy, etc.). You do not own our underlying tools, templates, frameworks, or AI agent configurations — those remain our intellectual property.
Our services utilize artificial intelligence and automated systems. You acknowledge that:
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
For managed services involving your organization's member, donor, or constituent data, we will handle that data as a processor on your behalf, subject to any applicable data processing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Stack Tactical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, and your organization's operations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full Stack Tactical, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or prominent website notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements or Statements of Work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Full Stack Tactical regarding your use of our services.
